End catch in release. Detain them at facilities near the border. Judges assigned to the detention facilities. BOOM. You are gone or if you have a legal basis for being here, it is ajudicated and you have your status confirmed.
Dont be so sure that it not a good deal for taxpayers. Most taxpayers think that uncontrolled borders come with a cost. Social, safety, and monetary costs. Set up a gofundme page to detain illegals in the process of being deported and you would probably get quite a few contributions to supplement the tax dollars.
At least we'll see crime drop dramatically.
