Big Topping Tail !!!! Whats Going On ?

hello, i have a stock in my 401k (PAG) penske auto. yesterday at the opening 175k shares and a big pop, today 74k shares at the opening and the same thing, 2 days & 2 topping tails what is going on ? and closed around the 5-8 moving avg. i follow this thing for 10 plus years now and have never seen this before. please help me to understand . thanks tommy

Yesterday I think it had a 52 week high at the open. Some crazy run up can happen at that moment.

Will it still run up or is this a signal of a sell off ? And could this be some sort of a market maker move ?

Hurry up and get out of this right now. I have seen this before and it never ends well. Two topping tails in two days can only spell trouble. This won't end well. :eek: :eek:
