Home trends prices sky hi+ less supply > more so than hi loan rates , even though that is a factor .
Noticed people buy land + put up smaller homes as well as travel trailers, maybe or maybe not to build homes??
RE is a local\regional market, as you hinted/ much bigger than SV or SVB
