The media and politicians on both sides have been constantly showing the clueless citizens how much to hate Wall Street. That is where all of the blame is going. That means some politicians hate all of us and all of us should be punished.
No, it's not in the bill. This was a suggestion to Pelosi that started her salivating.
Pelosi said it is likely to be explored later if this plan falters.
Just the fact that a transaction tax has been suggested is literally a threat to my life as my health has gotten worse. Can't work a job, can't drive again, can't get my own groceries. I don't have much now and I've got nothing if they go back to the STET again.
And some of you are talking about it just having to be a racial issue because how could anyone not see the utopia the Democrats could create if they could just get enough of the right people in office and majority power this time.
I was once a Democrat until a few years out in the working world, mostly because my parents were Dems. I did not know any better at the time. As time went on, there were too many contradictions and questions about this utopia about wealth distribution. I thought that the harder I worked, the more money I would make. Instead, the law of diminishing returns took effect.
