Under President Obama, the richest 10 percent were the only income group of Americans to see their median incomes rise, according to a survey released this week by the Federal Reserve.

I"m against hedgies escaping the taxes everyone else pays but isn't it the job of congress to close loopholes in laws? How does the treasury close loopholes? How can this admin continually get away with this stuff? Oh, I forgot. Usurpation is their middle name.
