To be truthful vaccine mandates for children in schools were adopted individually by all 50 states and the District of Colombia, the federal government's role was via support through education and private public partnerships to get the word out and promote vaccines.

The Supreme Court case everyone is citing was over a STATE MANDATE.

COVID 19 vaccine is being mandated through an emergency action by OSHA by passing normal rulemaking procedures and imposed by the federal government.

This new vaccine policy is UNUSUAL and quite unprecedented. it also represents an overreaching federal action that the States have historically handled. When the media says this is normal and has been done in the past regularly and cites the 1905 case, the true ignorance of the media comes through sadly.

Science must follow regulations.....If my company has 99 employees then regulation trumps science....we must allow the spreaders to not be vaccinated

You do do realize that they are only waiting for a final ruling from the U.S. 6th Circuit Court which will then go to the U.S. Supreme Court. The U.S. Supreme Court has been very supportive of requiring vaccination in their recent actions.

Nearly every large U.S. business is currently gearing up in preparation of this mandate being put into place.
