The broader rule will work because the testing is lawful. Remember when the aca was defended in court as a mandate under the tax code - that was a mandate by coercion. This broader testing rule is the same legal principle. You’ll see.

Maybe before you try to 'educate" me you realize everything you stated went through congressional authorization OR followed APA rule making guidelines.

Biden wants an emergency order by a federal agency to take money from private companies without due process or a proper rule making process or appeal.

You think the NFL or Google is going to get fined millions of dollars by the federal government trying to mandate a vaccine NOT required under any State or Federal law?

You all keep saying well DOLabor regulates safery and ADA compliance etc... correct...through rulemaking process following the APA.

I dont think the EA by the DOL is the precedent we want or passes the due process test.... also right now the proposed EA is so vague so that os another ding against it.
