Oh from her it is a no brainer... from Joe's side I wonder if it is just a way to get the leg up on the primaries but really has a Pailin affect on his election if he gets the Dem nomination.
Yep. As I said earlier "Joe is not the sharpest knife in the draw" in that arrangement. She has more to gain.
The thing that made my bullshitomer go off yesterday was when I heard Abrams saying that she will meet with democratic candidates- basically to let them kiss her ring- as long as they promised "to treat Georgia as a swing state." Translation: she is going to be on the ballot there one way or another, and she does not want to run into the same get-out-the-voter problems she ran into last time. So she is making em all jump through hoops to campaign there with her if they want her support. Same strategy with or without Joe. She's campaigning for the Senate and she has Joe campaigning for her too. Can't fault her for playing her cards the best she can.
There is also a school of thought that says that Joe trying to pair himself with someone thirty years younger only accents his own decrepidity- new word- and whiteness. Something for him to think about. Also, predictably, the other dem candidates will turn on him and say that she should be running as a candidate herself instead of as an assistant to the old white male massah. That aint gonna be pretty. And he will get it no matter who he picks for a minority woman, and we know it will be a minority woman. I dont really see a Biden/Bernie ticket shaping up, little joke there.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Georgia's Stacey Abrams is willing to meet with any candidate running for president in 2020, but warned she has two ground rules before she starts meeting with the wide range of Democratic hopefuls
"My two requirements," Abrams said Tuesday at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. "One, you have to tell me what you're going to do about voter suppression. And two, you have to believe Georgia is a swing state."
