If I had to post it again, I'd change the title. The issue is the policy efficiency and malincentives of the payments.
It does not change the fact that the AAPS (a political misinformation group -- not a medical group) is trying to hang this on the Biden administration. The reality is that it is all the Trump administration.
Fauci and his people have effectively been in charge the entire time.
Fauci does not set ACA payment policy in any manner.
He's testified on appropriations.

I gave you a link showing CARES Act funds being distributed to hospitals. It seems to indicate the hospitals with the highest percentage of private insurance are getting the most payments, not the fewest.
