Biden's 3 trillion infrastructure plan

According to CNN -- this is the latest draft updated for today's meeting. Take it up with them if you disagree. I will note that the PDF for the House Rules Committee Print is labeled October 28th at the url I posted (via CNN).

The Democrats' most updated text of the spending bill, based on the President's framework laid out this morning, has been published.

This is the text House Speaker Nancy Pelosi referred to in her news conference moments ago, and as she noted, this is not the final text — this is available for all members to look at and make suggestions and changes.

Read the bill text published by the Rules Committee here.

^correct link.

This is a big bill. Definitely more transformational than Obamacare. If Biden can actually get both of these through, he will have definitely made a huge leap forward. This is big stuff going through it.

Note my link to the current House Bill -- posted in both of my posts is the exact same.

Nah. The biggest component of the BBB is the childcare and child tax credit. Those two things alone are transformational.

There is a lot more in this to be optimistic about. Don’t be such a Sally sore-ass. It’s a big win as proposed.

It's a pork fest for corporate America. This isn't transformational, no matter how much the media/WH tries to spin it as such. Voters will forget quicker than they did the Afghanistan withdrawal, but they'll remember what was taken out. In fairness, it will be in the ballpark of my thread title.

Voters will forget and even take the provisions for granted, and that’s ok. We kind of want that.

But cutting childhood poverty in half and making childcare affordable are real issues democrats will have made real progress on. I guarantee you there are working parents, many single moms, all across this country that these things are real for and will make a huge difference in their lives but most importantly the lives of their children.

There’s tons and tons of other great things in this bill that range from housing to nutrition to elder care that will give people breathing room.

This no longer happens under the new provisions.

Cuddles4BS and other ET trolls, how do you like your illustrious leader, Joe Biden now? One more empty promise and failure. I just love the extreme liberals slashing their throats and threatening everyone. Senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema can cut a lot of extreme liberal progressive garbage they put into it. And the infrastructure bill that the Senate passed? They can hold is hostage as long as they want. Actually, not getting either bill passed is a huge win for majority of Americans and I am for it. Not done with doing my utmost to sabotage the extreme liberal Democrats and their wishlist. I will continue to urge both Senators Manchin and Sinema to cut as much of the BS progressive giveaways as I can. Hopefully, the progressives keep holding the infrastructure bill till November 2022 in time for the midterm elections. We need to remind the voting public what these idiots stand for.

This Biden show today is to cover for 2% GDP
This bill will not pass

Republicans are now considering this to be all one bill and the Senators that voted for the infrastructure bill are considering not voting now

The RINOs who voted for the infrastructure bill are now hostage to the fact that they passed that bill in the Senate. They cannot unring the bell. On the plus side, House Democrats holding it hostage is a good thing. That bill cannot pass as written and cannot be signed into law by Joe Biden. I am fine with the Democrats fighting and not passing either bill. It would be a huge win of the majority of Americans. Hopefully, we can remove a huge number of these Democrat idiots from power in the midterm elections of November 2022. Majority of Americnas has had enough of their efforts to destroy the US from within and turn the US into a third world shithole.
