Problem is Nancy Pelosi and her ilk holding the passage of the real infrastructure bill which is bipartisan and has already passed the Senate. Manchin and Sinema need to put their foot down and tell Pelosi to pass that bill or else!

Whoa... Captain Obvious.... let's not get carried away with logic.
Logic would be democracies are messy and made of people with a lot of different ideas and approaches. So yes AOC is going to cry about scaling back environmental stuff and Rand Paul is going pop an extra Percocet over high speed internet being incorporated as infrastructure but that’s what a democracy looks like.
If you want your way to be the only way, that’s not logic, that’s authoritarianism.
No, logic is infrastructure bills address infrastructure, and environmental bills would address the environment, and social assistance bills would address social assistance. Authoritarians intentionally attach these things to each other knowing that means nothing gets done other than what they want which is what authoritarians deal in. Government is only messy because they want it messy.

Do you know how “sex” ended up being part of the civil rights act of 1964? Gender was never going to be a protected class but some brainiac right wing Republican thought if he made an amendment no one would oppose it openly but it would sink the bill. So he proposed the amendment and it got added to bill. And even though all those senators did not want women protected under civil rights and it didn’t fit exactly with the bill, they still passed it and now you cannot sexually harass your coworkers and you have share a copy machine with a transgender woman.
Like I said messy. High speed internet is not infrastructure but there it is, in the bill.

There's no mystery in who they are. The government is they, the entire government. They make it messy so they can have a continuing problem to talk about on the never ending campaign trail.
And there is no such thing as a transgender woman. There is a guy pretending to be a woman using various means up to and including body mutilation, but the dude is still a dude biologically. You know, science stuff.

So you’re mad at the American government. Ok. You might as well be mad at the biggest rock in your yard then. Just go kick that rock and it’ll have the same impact on your life as being mad at “they.”
Senator Kyrsten Sinema put the brakes on that gargantuan $3.5 trillion bill of Nancy Pelosi and her extreme liberal progressive bloc. Now, demand that they pass that $1 trillion real infrastructure bill instead. She and Joe Manchin has the real leverage and can tank any of the bills, if the extreme liberal Democrat progressives will not be reasonable.
