I hope for Michelle Obama or Sanders to become the next president. End radicalism to the right and finally make the top wealthy care about the bottom guys again. It was a fun time the financial economy outgrew the real one and productivity gains never made it to the bottom class but the world is at a tipping point where the bottom just can't be squeezed anymore. And there has to finally somebody make that pretty clear to the top - if they have everything they won't have any customers/economy soon. Wages up big time or game over.

I don’t disagree with you, but unfortunately, this seems to be further away than ever at the current moment.
It seems like the left is having a Civil War with the far left sanders people hating the more centrist Biden people and the end result is that we’re going to get Donald fucking Trump again.

I am not an economist so I don't know.
If there is a recession, it is not in my neighborhood or in California. The press said people are leaving CA left and right yet every house on the market has multiple offers and sold within a few weeks. .
All my neighbors seemed to be doing well, none complain about their own situation but everyone complains about the government, about Bidenomic, the homeless, the illegals.... yet they are happy to have immigrant helpers like gardeners, cleaning ladies, construction workers, street vendors, farm workers...
Too hard for me to understand, I should go back to trading.
Imagine how much worse the situation would be if people weren't leaving, or worse yet, leaving and taking their houses with them.
