Possibly.I thought about that but this isn't the first time Biden has said things to damage Obama thats why I think it was another case of him running his mouth when he shouldn't have

Obama already has a bad cop,Brzezinski who hates the Russians and the Russians know it
 
I saw Hilary and Gibson on CNN today trying to clean up Biden's mess

I know Obama didn't have many good choices for VP but he should have picked someone other then Biden imo.
