This was around during the Obama regime. They want to empty the cities by literally re-zoning suburbs for mixed use to "diversify" the suburbs.
Cast in strictly racial terms, like everything Democrats do, it means annexation and introduction of municipal taxes to those areas. Terrible awful suburban white people should undergo forced integration because.... white.
Whites will flee further afield and establish new suburbs where that is possible.
