I didn't watch the video, and I'm not particularly familiar with such details. But I can't help but think that his diet should focus almost exclusively on saturated fat.

Like mine will be will be I go to Romania again.. The lamb haggis was OK/interesting but wow everything was heavy. Outdoor squat toilets are not a sign of poverty, nobody wants the smell of their high fatty protein diet residues in the house and without squatting position they would die of constipation.
