When she said she did not know how to define a woman, she just told you how she is going to rule on all those trans-swimmer, Title 9, "Heather has two mommies and they both have dicks" cases. If that question is a tough one for her that means she is open to or prefers the complicated stuff. Or rather prefers to make the simple complicated.
