Incorrect. Being covered with tats shows a person with poor judgement and lack of impulse control. How you present yourself to the outside world is within your control. If people reject that, its nobody's fault but your own.

The case with people covered in tats and this clown that Biden picked is the same. They both are nothing more than attention seekers. An attention seeker is not someone who needs to be in charge of protecting nuclear waste.

Because I'm betting you draw a line somewhere, don't you, Ricter. Your line may be a little (lot) more liberal, but you're still excluding someone at some range if you have a line at all. So then it just becomes a subjective discussion.
