The courts will oversee it......but Tgrump was calling fraud before the election was even over so I doubt he had any real evidence, it was just a pretext so he can never admit to losing.
I find it funny that not one Trump supporter can look at the facts and udnerstand how he lost and why mail ins are always counted for days after the election.
But let Rudy be the lead lawyer and run to court.....just like all other Barr investigations they will lead to nothing and all of you will pretend it was something else you have no proof for.

He called fraud just as soon as evidence of fraud started happening. The fraud started happening before the counting was finishing. A lot of the ongoing counting was part of the fraud, covering for the fraud, buying time for the fraud to be perpetuated.
Anything out of the ordinary, such as a ceasing of vote counting, is sufficient probable cause for floating the idea fraud may be in progress.
Always? This is the first time in history this many mail-ins were enabled in swing states. In my own state, we've been using mail ins for a long time now. The state has been blue ever since, i'm told. For example, when i went in to vote in person, i found out they had sent a ballot to an old address (i didn't ask for it), and it was returned (i never saw it). Ok. Fine. Was it shredded? Or was it put into a pile of returns, to be filled out by fraudsters if i didn't show up on election day?
Fine, count for days. What is the use of counting fraudulent ballots? Or, why put counterparty overseers out of the room? How many of the mail ins were fraudulent? How many of the signatures matched? Didn't match? No one knows.
Therefor, we have mainly to go by the pre-elections levels of enthusiasm, and exit polls. For example, prior to the vote, 32% of Michiganians indicated they would vote. 56% of Pensylvanians, according to some states i saw on Dick Morris site, posted prior to election. Then Michigan gets an unprecedented 90% turn out? When all of the pre-election enthusiasm was pointing toward Trump?
If i recall, Rudy spoke in defense of Trump at the latest impeachment hearing, which the majority of Senators agreed with that the Dems were pretending to have something they had no proof for.

Mr. Biden has taken a narrow lead in Pennsylvania, as absentee votes are slowly being tabulated this morning.
According to the Pennsylvania secretary of state, 163,501 absentee ballots remain to be counted. This number is about 37,000 votes too high, as it does not appear to include the most recent wave of mail absentee ballots that gave Mr. Biden the lead.
There seems no reason to doubt that he will hold a comfortable lead once all of the absentee votes are counted. So far, absentee ballots have backed Mr. Biden by a margin of 76 percent to 23 percent. If the remaining ballots break the same way, he will end up ahead by about 70,000 votes statewide.

Mr. Biden might win these votes by an even wider margin because the preponderance of the outstanding vote is in Philadelphia and Allegheny (Pittsburgh) Counties — the state’s two most Democratic jurisdictions. He would win the absentee vote by an even wider 81-18 margin if the remaining vote broke the same way as the absentee voting in each county so far. That would be enough for Mr. Biden to net 100,000 votes out of the remaining mail ballots, putting him ahead by 80,000 votes over all.

All of you people claiming ballots were mailed to you when you did not ask for one...they were applications for a mail in ballot, not actual ballots. if you did not want to vote by mail you just trash it.
