Wait, are you saying that election fraud ought never to be prosecuted in court? Or, if not in court, where do you think it should be prosecuted? It's actually a matter for legislatures, but they are not in session at the moment. Filing in court might just be for getting this in front of legislatures. The legislatures need to oversee a more detailed re-count, and refer for criminal prosecution any wrongdoing they may find. If the courts won't remand to the legislatures, and try to legislate themselves, this could move up to the Federal level.
It interesting that today there are (dodgy) new reports that Putin is retiring due to ill health. What a coincidence.
