I tuned him while he was talking because I was cranking some data, but I see that he is taking some heat for mixing up the Ukrainians with the Iranians.

You are wrong to attribute failures to Biden. The failures are entirely due to Republican obstructionism with the help of only two Democrats.
Only Trump's were lower at this point.
He is an old man. He has always had trouble with speech from the time he was a child. Then he had a stroke (brain aneurysm) in the 1980s. What we need to recognize is that he is a thoroughly moral man. His mental faculties seem intact.
Student loans forgiveness by EO is not from Republican obstructionism.
Going from supporting BLM and police reform to bragging about giving the thugs in blue 350 million to hire more constitutional rights violating thugs and saying 3 times we need to fund the police more while not mentioning police reform at all is not from Republican obstructionism.
Not even trying to get tough with Manchin and Senima to get his agenda passed is not from Republican obstructionism.
He's a career politician and his speech was very well written by the democrat speechwriters and read out loud by joe. A slick show.
