9 minutes of yapping about how bad youtube and Biden are and 5 seconds of Biden saying "come on, give me a break man". That's not snapping at a reporter.

Joe Biden is known for his snappy behavior. It will only get worse. Watch and see. Kamala will not be able to stop it and she will be embarrassed to be his VP. I believe she already is.
Maybe it will. And I've seen Biden get really lippy, no doubt. But this wasn't an instance of that.
True, it was not really a case of being snappy. But he was supposed to go to that podium and answer questions. He just got up and walked out. Maybe he learned from Trump how to do that. Trump would walk without taking questions sometimes also. Not often, but he did.
I think all Presidents do that from time to time. They are, after all, the President.
IF the press begins to ask hard questions (I doubt it), you will probably see Joe get agitated and respond in the manner you are referring to. Because he's not all there and he's not the guy he used to be. But I doubt you'll see it because the press is used to be the lapdog.
Did you see what happened when someone dared ask Pelosi a question she wasn't ready for about AOC?

Indeed but there is a difference there between Biden and Pelosi that does not bode well for Joe. Pelosi is working a full time job and got hit with the sidewinder questions that come up. If you asked her something about the impeachment or legislation she could rattle on for hours.
To your point, these top officials are always bombarded with questions that pop up and it is a struggle for even the best of them.
Joe, however, is rolling out stuff that he has been working on in his basement for months, and has had an army of wonks advising him and holding up cue cards. And yet Joe got fried and frizzled right off the bat. Guess what, Joe. After a couple weeks go by all that basement prep stuff will not work for the current issues and your ability to study up will be more limited because you sort of have a day job now.
The funny or not so funny thing though is that the reporter there really just asked a very decent question. He wanted to know how Joe could consider his plan to be so aggressive and different when 100 million in 100 days when it was very much just a continuation of the trump numbers. Y'all here may have some quick and zippy answers to that but the important point is that JOE DID NOT. That would be like asking Pelosi a question about her impeachment plans and she just says "Cmon, Man."
