Biden says 200 million people will die by the end of his speech.

The problem is...people think it's just a slip of the tongue and give him a pass. They seem to give him a lot of passes on many things.

The bigger problem is...Joe Biden is so far gone he doesn't even realize what he said.
 
Since Trump has been president, I do not recall hearing him once complete a proper sentence that he did not read off of a telepropmpter. You know, a properly spoken sentence, with subject, object, pauses for adverbs, emphasis and the like.

Can anyone find one? NON-TELEPROMPTER!
