The guy shouldn't even be in office ; it's actually aged abuse . Just shows the moral decay of the political class . They must have some heavy blackmail shit on him and his family .
 
I had a Senatorial nomination to a service academy. The selection process typically relies heavily on standardized tests. My Senator even made his applicants take the Civil Service examination. Biden's law school record and choice of schools suggest he wasn't very good on such tests. My bet is it was a lie. He has a history of making things up as he goes and plagiarizing.
