Your question is irrelevant. India has vaccines right now. It's vaccinating people RIGHT NOW. Various vaccine manufacturers have provided vaccines below cost to India. India and the world have no need and no right to force technology transfer of other people's intellectual property.

In a nutshell, it's like you go to KFC and insisting on knowing KFC's secret recipe because it will allow you to cook your dinner faster. You can buy the KFC chicken and KFC has even allowed you to buy its chicken below cost so you and your whole HUGE family won't go hungry but you still demand to know its secret recipe. And you have rallied other customers and the trade group that KFC belongs to to tell KFC that if it refuses to disclose its secret recipe, it won't be allowed to sell chicken here.

This is basically what's happening. "You" in this story is basically India btw.

Yeah in the beginning India actually had the pandemic under control and there weren't even any vaccines available. I was actually quite impressed. So it shows that India IS able to control the pandemic without even the vaccines. It absolutely does not need to know the proprietary technology of the vaccines.
 
From some of these pictures, it is clear that they are themselves inviting the covid 19 virus. These pictures are not a good sign and need to be controlled or else the number of deaths would go uncontrollable. The situation will get even more worse if people keep behaving like this.
 
The situation is very critical right now and amidst that these things are still going on? But how does the government even let this happen? I think some serious and stricts steps should be taken to stop such gatherings or else the consequences would be worse.
