Oh definitely. And if you stop to think about it, lots of the votes Trump got were from white folks, so that needs to be adjusted somehow.

The dem debate folks are working on some plan where white folks polls and donations only count as 3/5ths of minorities.

I think we have seen this movie before in history.

This is actually getting fairly close to treason. The House has the right to impeach or not, in their sole and unreviewable discretion. But if the reason for impeachment is clearly specious, they are not acting in accordance with the Constitution. They cross a line when they conspire to create "evidence" of misconduct by the President, and it's particularly troubling when they are colluding with the intell services and getting lots of cooperation.

The point that impeachment is not reviewable isn’t exactly valid. While I know you mean by the courts, the process is reviewed by the senate by way of trial.

No. AAA worded it properly. Their right to impeach is not reviewable. The Senate can decide to convict or not but they have no authority to over-rule the power or reverse the presentation of articles of impeachment to the Senate.

it is???? Would you care to elaborate? What's specious about it? Do you think that 218, at minimum, House members are going to vote to impeach Trump, they haven't yet, for a specious reason? I don't think so. I think you are a little nuts if you think when Trump said on National TV that China should investigate the Bidens, he was just joking. Do you think when the real transcript of Trump's July 25 phone call was locked away in a secure server it was to protect national security? Do you think when Trump asked Sondland "Is he going to do it", overheard by two others, that Trump was talking about Zelensky hosting a birthday party? Do you think that Trump ordered Mulvaney to impound the military aid to our ally under attack it was because Trump was concerned about corruption? Do you think that once Congress found out that Trump had impounded the money, Trump suddenly was no longer concerned about corruption, so he released the money? Do you think that if Zelensky felt pressured by Trump to do something he didn't want to do in order to get the Military assistance his country needed, he would say so?

Too complicated for your binary mind. But others understand that Congress has the right to do things that are stupid and politically motivated and they are properly condemned for doing so, even though they may have that power.

Agreed but I dont think they need Abrams to win GA. They need a VP that appeals to the base to some extent but also to those swing voters Dems need to get back PA MI and WIsc. Keep every state from 2016 and get those 3 back and Dems win. Not easy but can be harder if wrong VP is picked.
