I don't see any EO's from Biden banning discrimination against people based on political belief and party affiliation. To the contrary, he enforces every day that people will be hunted down and marginalized for belonging to the party of his political opponent based on the actions of some extremists. The Travel Ban was overturned based on the idea that the actions of some extremists cannot be used to punish and generalize about all Muslims. But Joe and his regime are committed to taking actions against all conservatives and republicans based on some Trump supporters. Hypocrisy? Let the viewers decide.

Meanwhile Joe spouts on about how he is committed to being Mr. Bipartisan Across the Aisle. Perhaps one of the lefties here will update us on who and how many republicans Biden has in his cabinet or has appointed so far. Good luck wit dat.

I made the point that Bernie, Mr. Bipartisan, has appointed no republicans to his cabinet, and that, oh by the way, he has not appointed any progressives from the primary such as Warren and Bernie even though many of the progressives who ultimately caved and supported Joe were expecting that or wanted that. You are pointing out some reasons why he did not. But the point is the same, he did not.

Thus he has not really reached across any aisles, either to the right or the left. Just swamp retreads in key positions. Then flooding the third tier positions with leftier crap.

Also no progressive caved and supported Biden because they had bargaining... that is like saying the Miami heat caved and then handed the title to the Lakers after they lost 4-2. When you lose, you have no say in the matter.

bernie and warren LOST so they had no choice but to give up since the party clearly rejected them as the candidate. Losers don't get to set the terms and rules for the winners. Biden could have said go vote for Trump or support me, those are your choices asnd they would have agreed.

Losers lose because they are not chosen by the people. If the Dem party wanted a progressive shift in the party, those candidates would have had a larger turnout and support. Bernie actually dropped off from 2016 to 2020 and is past his prime and the electorate cleary said no to Warren. Biden would be smart to keep them in the Senate where they belong, not on the national stage where they were rejected.

Also Bernie has more power as a Senator than useless position in Dept of Labor in a free market economy.

The list of presidents who included members from the other party in their cabinet or top administration is VERY long.

Just sayin, you would think someone who ran on a "I will be Mr. Bipartisan" and "I will be the most progressive president in history" would have included someone from the other party and one of the progressives from his own party.

That's all. If Joe has other ways of compensating for that then go for it. Both the progressives and the republicans are ready and waiting and will be watching.
