While I agree with your interpretation of the flag code, what is much more concerning is that flags that represent sentiment, political biases, and societal trends are flown at the white house which ought to represent everyone equally. Imagine the outcry on the left if a christian flag symbol was flown TODAY at the white house. Unthinkable.

Sure they ought to be tax exempt, the moment they declare themselves a NON profit organization who do as much good to the general public as Christian organizations do through giving and donations. I posted a long list of verified and peer reviewed evidence how Christians give more and donate more to good causes for everyone than any other affiliation and organization. Right now the LGBTQ movement is as self serving and selfish as possibly could be.

Nobody gives a shit. LGBTQ is not organized religion or recognized as a church, so no amount of mental gymnastics on how it's "doctrine" or a "cult" is going to change the constitutionality of it.
