Good Riddance! It was a stupid idea to start with -- for the most part helped well-to-do middle class families rather than the poor.

I had to skimp and save to fund my kid's college educations without taking loans. Why should others --- who enjoyed spending their money on frivolous purchases and vacations be off-the-hook for paying back college loans. Where is the personal responsibility to pay back your debts.

Regardless of my opinion on debt forgiveness, Joe ran on it and his base won't forget.

I don't disagree. I think one of the biggest things that is going to hurt him with his base is not going forward with student loan forgiveness like he campaigned on. The left isn't going to forget that.
