That informant says nothing about Joe Biden being paid, Fox News correspondent was talking of the very same document by the so called informant. You are welcome to provide a direct source for your claim instead of repeating a hearsay by MTG.
She examined the document together with another Representative. This is a simple factual matter of what was in the document. Rudy Giuliani was not involved.
