Is there any possible legit explination for 13 current shell companies for two planes and three helicopters and 26 companies in total? That's a lot of phoenixing.

Shell companies seem mysterious to the ordinary plebs but things do get complicated when you are dealing with China and other regions each with their own laws.

The answer is there may be a tax avoidance reason etc but avoiding tax is not a crime and certainly not unusual. You have to prove it is illegal, feeling it may be won't get you anywhere.
