Okay, we are beginning to get a better understanding of Biden's problem when he fell.
Apparently the stairs are tricky. You know for example, first there was one step, and then another, then- WHOAA!- yet another. Who woulda guessed? Clearly a trick process. And course when you mix hurricane force winds in with it, you have to expect problems.
