Biden doesn't support expanding the Supreme Court

Yes.The Democrat nominee won the popular vote in 7 of the last 8 presidential elections.A 6-3 Republican court does not represent the people.

A few more questions, if I may. What do you believe it should be expanded to? And what about if Republicans take back the Presidency, house and senate? Do you think they'd use this as precedent to expand as well?

If popular vote was needed to win....don't you think the parties would change their strategies
The Republicans would be in the cities pushing school choice, more police, lower taxes for business in poor areas,

No strategy would get republicans the popular vote. The only way the republican/conservative party can win is by our system of minority rule (electoral college,gerrymandering,50-50 Senate with democrat Senators representing 40 million more people)

Dems also need to make DC,Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa states to make The Senate a true democracy rather than a 50-50 Senate with Democrat Senators representing 40 million more people.

Expanding the Supreme Court and making territories states can be done through Congress if they eliminate the filibuster. So could ending House gerrymandering.

If Dems do this Republicans likely wont have The Senate And House ever again.

I think you'd have to pass a constitutional amendment to appoint senators from territories and such, but don't quote me on that. That might be challenging for Democrats to pull off - even with control of the house and the Executive.

Still, I'm reminded of other times that democrats passed legislation thinking they were getting the short term gain and it came back and bit them hard. Didn't we just go through that with appointing Trump's candidates to the SCOTUS in the first place?

True.

DC is blue.4 of the 5 Island Territories are blue like Hawaii and the other is moderate.Make those territories states like Hawaii and make DC a state and thats like 11 new Democrat Senators.Republicans wouldn't take the Senate in a long time, probably never. So there is little chance of it coming back to bite them. All thats needed to add a state is Congress and the President.
