Biden will seek to put Trump in prison. Cuomo may not.

Joe's problem is irrelevancy.
He doesn't have a job so his comments all sound like an outsider being critical but doing nothing.
Cuomo has an important job and is running around getting it done. He, like most governors, realizes that he needs the federal govt and he needs support from the President so he has holstered his tongue, mostly, and is working with the feds like you would expect your governor to do.
Same with Newsom. If you are actually trying to run your state in a crisis it makes sense to make nice with the President if you are trying to help your citizens.
Joe, otoh, has no active role in the recovery and so simply remains political and partisan sounding. Big mistake but what do I know?
Joe should channel Reagan and say that people should pull together, support their government and be considerate of others. He should say something positive about America and its ability to confront disasters. He should turn up at a food bank and help box food for people. It wouldn't kill him.

I don't know what is true and not but just for the sake of discussion, the Biden campaign lacks the authority to award those delegates to another candidate at this stage. If Biden wants to withdraw them those delegates want to plot about how they will vote at the convention, then they can go that way. And he is still on the ballot in lots of upcoming states, yet it is too late for a new candidate to get on them.
Refer to my many comments about the dems now being trapped like a rat.
Might want to talk to Andrew Cuomo before scheming too much. Just a thought.
Let's see an article on it first. I can agree that the whole scene is totally chaos so it would not surprise me to see chaos, but that little scheme of just having Cuomo dress up and look like Joe with his delegates in his back pocket and taking his place on future ballots would need A LOT MORE THINKING, to say the least.
