My primary care physician is a woman, an actual woman, and is not at all confused about that simple and obvious fact. More often than not she wears a dress, but occasionally some type of slacks or pants. This simple change of attire does not confuse her into believing she is a man, nor should it anyone else.So the medical doctor cannot give you advice because of wearing a dress..... makes total sense
