Biden announces 2024 reelection campaign

Nothing wrong diversity hires he just wanted one like himself who stands for not a god damned thing and would not remind him or the world what he promised in 2020.
Diversity hiring simply for the sake of diversity is always a bad idea. One, it adds nothing to the strength of the organization. Two, it creates dissention within said organization. Three, it's a lazy way to hire. Four, and perhaps most importantly, it's an insult to the group of people you're pretending to be helping. In this case choosing Kamala meant that out of all the women of color in the entire fucking country, none were as qualified as Kamala. That's a slap in the face to the thousands, dare I say tens of thousands of women who are vastly more qualified using any metric one cares to. And now they're stuck with her.

For the record, hiring someone because of their race is just as illegal as not hiring someone because of their race.

“Diversity hires” aren’t a real thing. It’s like when people say black history month is critical race theory. They just don’t know what the hell they’re talking about.

Diversity hiring is a good thing as long as you hire a competent qualified person for the position. We can both agree that Kamala was not the right hire for her position but that happens everyday in hiring.

To be fair, they do not comb thousands of women in the workplace all over the country.... this was not an open job listing in Indeed.

VPs are picked from a small pool of political candidates. There was no slap in the face to many people because how many other Black women were in politics at that time and running for office and wanting the job? Kamala was picked out of 2 or 3 women and those other two might be upset she was picked. How many Black women were up for the job? Hardly any which is why Kack-a-la got it.

that is like saying out of the 80 million men in the workforce, trump was the only strong candidate in 2016??? No he was one of 8 who were running.

I'd argue her competency is above the senile white guy's. Her popular appeal? Not so much.

Naw Id take Biden's decision making over hers. She has no important decision making history and her achievements doesn't match Bidens achievements in The Senate.Biden doesn't stand for shit but he is good at getting right and center right shit done competently.I trust him dealing with Putin and Xi far more than I would her.

wouldn't surprise me if WH SOP is to have q's to be submitted before hand, though Joe needs to do a better job of hiding these things.

Your willful ignorance is duely noted
