Harvard itself concluded Asians would be 43% of the class in a color blind admission process.
If based on on test scores,which many agree is not the only thing that makes good students and good schools.
Test scores plus extracurriculars.
With Asians being 23% of the current class and blacks being 15%,its white kids who are getting the shaft.I don't think The SC is going to like that.
That too is not what makes a great student and great school.

This is the one case where I really believe Asians actually are victims. Blacks attack Asians in the street and now they attack Asians in the college admissions office.
Asians are minorities and yet they succeed, why don’t blacks succeed in academics? They succeed in sports, dancing, and hip hop music though which I guess is cool.

If they had the money for the best private schools,tutors,SAT test prep courses,admissions counselors etc they would imo.Sports, dancing, and hip hop music is cheap,an elite education is not.
