Also neither student in either proved they were not accepted due.to race...they just bitched like privileged class that if they didnt get in...it.could only be race and not anything else. For the.SC I would.expect a little more.

This was a perfect.oppty to uphold previous.case and let the.schools work it out since no class proved they were discriminated against.

Harvard maybe gets 30,000 allocations for 2000 spots. Should all 28,000 sue every year for not getting in?

I think thst is what should happen...anyone rejected from Harvard and UNC should sue.

The whole affirmative action scam is arguably guilty as well of making the case that if a certain group it must be underrepresented it must be race, eh. Maybe said group is also disproportionately missing a few other things.

Democrats hate Asians these days so that is also an unmentionable but relevant factor in their backlash over this ruling.

there is no evidence thst the Asian student didnt get accepted to.one of the most.exclusive schools in the.world where.more than 30,000 people were rejected simply because he was Asian but you are.free to believe fantasy in the absence.of facts.

Asians are not underrepresented so how was his rejection based on race.
An Asian didnt get into Harvard.....so ...must be because he is Asian huh....not because.30,000 other people.were.also rejected.....

Child abuse of Asian kids by their own parents will only get worse.
