Biden suggests he may not address supporters tonight, depending on how quickly results come in

In an exchange with reporters in Wilmington, Del., on Tuesday afternoon, Biden suggested he won’t necessarily deliver an election night speech, depending on how long it takes the results to roll in.
“If there’s something to talk about tonight, I’ll talk about it,” Biden said after a visit to a community center. “If not, I’ll wait until the votes have been counted the next day.”
According to the campaign, Biden is expected to watch the election returns tonight at home with his family. No further details were immediately available.
