Maybe if Joe is elected he will name one of his wars after McCain just to honor him.
John McCain was a thin-skinned treacherous and vindictive son of a bitch. Its impossible for me to respect such a poor aviator. McCain single-handedly caused the USS Forrestal disaster that killed 134 sailors and wounded 161 sailors by wet-starting his A-4 cooking off a Zuni rocket on an F-4 behind him.

Helloooo Mr. McCain, Joe was a Democrat at the time so you are saying you would have preferred to have betrayed those who expected maybe a republican when they voted for you in the primary?
Anyway, those are old boring stories. My point being that he was always sort of all over the place. He was the deciding vote to keep Obamacare because again it was all about John wanting to even scores with Trump and be seen as Mr. Bipartisan because he could not make it as a republican.
Being the grandson and son of an Admiral probably helped the Navy to tidy up his fire on the flight deck episode. Just maybe.
