Yes, if you treat someone different only because the color of their skin, that is the actual definition of racism. The left is too obvious sometimes.

MLK was very clear, people are to be considered for the content of their character, not the color of their skin.

All I can say is that having listened to Leo Terrell for about 20 years I would NEVER EVER EVER have thought he would be thinking these thoughts.

He is a very principled man, good for him. He is a good example for those who need such.
