What the Times is saying is "We are currently trapped like rats with Joe Biden and have no other choice so we are unable to find any substantial wrongdoing. However, should there be an attempt to draft Andrew Cuomo we will throw Biden under the bus so fast he won't know what hit him."

I wonder what that Lucy Flores woman thinks about all this business of the Times concluding that is just Joe being Joe.

ORANGEMANBAD had the right idea in the 2016 campaign. Y'all will recall that he brought Bubba's victims in to sit in the front row when Hillary was on the debate stage. I am pretty sure that idea can be recycled in some way. Or some variation such as having Fox do a special on Biden's victims and corruption right before the election. You know, the way that CNN did when Trump was being impeached - they kept running specials of Watergate.
