Joe came off as a real jackass in the exchange. He is simply not suited for high-pressure work.
Seems like Joe likes to portray this hard-scrap street fighter persona, but whatever. I actually could see him taking a swing at someone if he got pissed enough, I mean if he wasn't doing what he's doing. I can tell he's got a temper.

It seems to me, upon review of the video, that Biden was about to say "Look fatso" and managed to override the gaffe producing portion of his brain but not quite fast enough.
