Axlerod on Biden's arse here.
It's part of the little ruse where the Obama's don't support or work against Joe but have let several of their key underlings and minions know that they can diss Joe without falling out of their good graces.
Don't miss the link in the article over to the Slate article either- which Axlerod linked to in his tweet. No slack for Joe there either. All the lefty sites are dissing him to make sure that a progressive will be the nominee.
Joe's feigned memory lapses and re-framing of his position on Iraq are just pure bullshit. Everyone knows it. Even - or rather, especially- the other dems.
But, oh, that's right. Joe is up on some plane where truth and details do not matter as long as he says his intent was good. or something like that. In other words, "if my bullshit helps my campaign, then that is the standard I use to determine whether I will use it."
His day of reckoning is coming. It may be further down the road than we want. But it is coming.

Yup. You can see where this is headed. The Obama circle and CNN- which is a PAC for the democrats are circling around Warren. They tried to support Harris, but she turned out to be too stupid and she is not generating enough voter support on her own. Not a good investment.

The Economist has some very good data on this stuff. Biden, Harris and Sanders have trended down while Warren is the only candidate on the upswing:
The question is why? She has not done anything significant or made any unique speeches or commentary during past debates. Could it be she is just gaining the poll responses from people who are starting to sour on Biden fro his gaffes and Kamala for her stretches of her background and Bernie because we all get tired of him real fast?
Yes - of course.
And one of the reasons that Biden is maintaining his numbers - although still declining- for so long is that dems dont like the ones below him that much. That's not a good combo in the long run. Joe goes down but they dont like Warren that much. or take your pick.
As discussed before, this is not like with Hillary and Obama. Hillary had a massive lead but those who jumped ship to Obama were truly on board with him.
They said about Julius Caesar that he was every woman’s husband and every mans wife. Meaning whatever you lacked in your life he could provide.
Warren is very much like that. She has a “plan” for all of America’s problems. Whether it’s reparations or student loans or housing or global warming she has promised, promised and promised with her so called plans. So people are gravitating toward her hoping that she will be their husband or wife in the same sense as Caesar.
It looks like she is peeling off support from across the board, with the exception of African Americans, who are typically skeptical and vote moderate. They know some bullshit when they see it having been giving so many raw deals historically.
But it is important to remember we are in the age of trump, the guy who promised a 1300 mile long, 30 foot high wall Mexico would pay for so what does Warren have to lose? It’s not like if she makes through the dem primary Trump can call her bullshit.
