Of course, the more important question is: do we want Joe doing this?

Whatever. Joe will fall from the lead by the middle of October or sooner, but will be in the race until at least Super Tuesday in March. Once a fly has tasted that potato salad at the picnic, they are bitch to get rid of.

I do recognize that Super Tuesday in March will not be definitive and dispositive - and we will be probably be well on our way to a brokered convention. It's up to him as to how much humiliation he wants to put on to himself, by turning this into the Bataan Death March.

You gotta give the writer kudo's for getting right to the point. You can pretty much see where he is headed just by reading the headline. Funny dat.

Bid farewell to Joe Biden. I say that with regret, for the former vice president is the nicest of fellows, lacking malice, who likes people and likes doing something for them. Yet, his gaffes continue feeding the impression that he is a touch gaga, and, worse, no one can complete the sentence: “Joe Biden because . . .”

That’s not the case with Elizabeth Warren, who is an ideologue (that’s not an insult) — or with Bernie Sanders, another ideologue (that is an insult) or with some of the other Democratic presidential candidates, who at the very least benefit from not being white males.

The Democratic presidential frontrunner, in explaining his 2002 vote to authorize military force in Iraq, told NPR in an interview that aired on Tuesday that, "Immediately, that moment it started, I came out against the war at that moment."

"From the moment 'shock and awe' started, from that moment I was opposed to the effort, and I was outspoken as much as anyone at all in the Congress and the administration," Biden said.
But a review of Biden's public statements about Iraq in the lead up to the invasion shows he was never entirely opposed to military action against Saddam Hussein, and Biden continued to defend his vote to authorize the war in the months after the US military campaign began.
"Nine months ago, I voted with my colleagues to give the president of the United States of America the authority to use force and I would vote that way again today. It was the right vote then and would be a correct vote today," Biden said in a July 2003 speech at the Brookings Institution.

What kind of goofy road are you trying to go down? Did I state my view to you on that and if so can you re-state it back to me.

And what would my view have to do with Joe's situation one way or the other?
