I’m simply calling out the hypocrisy. Trump is a trust fund baby/failed businessman turned reality show host with no public sector experience. I fail to see how his life’s work makes him at all qualified for the presidency. At least Harris was the AG for CA and is a sitting US Senator. Most people are smart enough to know that my expression of “have a right” was not literal, but a figure of speech. I’m sorry if you’re not just trolling and weren’t able to do that.

Most people are aware that "you don't have a right" is used way more than in a legal sense. Calling out hypocrisy is one common instance. I'm sorry that you're unaware of a common phrase in our society that most people over the age of 10 are familiar with.
