Holder was a close ally and confidant of Obama's and was selected as President Obama's first Attorney General. Although he became the first sitting Attorney General to be held in contempt of Congress during an investigation of the Operation Fast and Furious ATF gunwalking scandal, the Justice Department's Inspector General later cleared Holder of any wrongdoing. Holder was succeeded as Attorney General by Loretta Lynch in April 2015.

Biden is doing as well as a challenger to an incumbent can right now. All of this is subject to change. Winning gets done by meeting the challenges of the day. Right now Biden is meeting those challenges and Trump is not.

Thats right. I’m a simple guy, I look for things like hard work, integrity and morality in people. I am also biased to people who have some connection to working class values.

As I said, Trump has not done much to date. He inherited declining prescription costs amd he didn’t mess that up so good for him.

He also opened the door to giving two middle fingers to the corrupt pharmaceutical makers in the US by allowing for cross order prescription purchases. This is something that is still in the rule making process at HHS but they can easily write narrow rules for some of these high cost meds like humira and start having an impact ASAP.

Now Azar has been historically against cross border medicine purchases so I don’t know what to expect from him now that he is Trump’s proverbial man in Havana on this.

We will see what the future holds but if you’re looking for an someone else’s opinion to call your own on this I wouldn’t go with Azar, he’s just a bag boy.
