I think what you're saying is that Muslims want the world to adopt their beliefs and customs. I say, well of course they do. And so too Christians, want the same thing for the world.
I also think you're saying, that because the west lets Muslims come and have their say publicly, it's only fair to let the west go to their country and have our say publicly.
I'm saying that forcing and or intimidating other nations to adhere to another's sense of âfairnessâ, is not the moral high ground.
Before âfairnessâ can be achieved between two or more parties, they first need to decide on and agree on the meaning of the word RESPECT. Will respect mean âfear ofâ or âadmiration ofâ? Only one meaning will lead to fairness.

Wait a minute... I have chuck on ignore, but do not tell me that he came on here and said that the teacher had the choice to learn the laws of the country she was in and abide by them or leave. Do not tell me he said that.
If he said that he's just admitted that he is full of shit. He knows goddamn well that when Muslims come to other countries, the first thing they do is go to the government and tell them that they want to govern themselves by Sharia law. It is we non-Muslims who must accommodate them, and allow them to deal with criminal trespass in the way they see fit (which, by the way, includes hanging young people for flirting). They are not required, in their twisted way of thinking, to accept and abide by the laws of the country the have chosen. For example, they are not required to show their faces at polling stations because the hijab is their custom, even though it is the law in our country that everyone must do so.
chuck, you are completely and utterly full of shit if you actually came on here and suggested that the problem with the teacher was that she wasn't willing to abide by the laws of the country she was in. There is no way to describe how hypocritical that is.
The larger point is this - there are universal laws, laws which are dictated by the moral compass that is built into the hearts and minds of free thinking men. Notice I said free thinking. Free thought is the one thing that the Radical Muslims abhor.
