I wonder what exactly are these "legal ramifications". Maybe they have to do with fundraising? Unless the economy crashes in 2024 or there's voter suppression efforts passed in the significant states (AZ, PA, WI, and MI) it's hard to imagine him pulling a Grover Cleveland and beating Biden.
