Nowadays fidelity atp is fine, and they have by far the best customer service.
Lockups are very rare and fills are instant... I routinely do 40-110 roundtrips daily. I did over $41M worth of orders using ATP in 2021 and am very satisfied.
IB tws is better, but fdly is commission free.
