Betting on Brexit event

@schweiz is a girl? Wtf.
Hello Elitetraders, @schweiz is a perfect example of someone who is so insecure about her own failure in trading, she attempts to derail threads.

It's ok @schweiz I know you love me. You just can't stop following me around. It's ok I'll buy and mail you a pair of kneepads you can wear whenever you pop into one of my threads.

Boring!

1) The UK is a laughing stock around the world. Never again will the UK be part of a coalition force that attempts to restore 'democracy' within another country.

2) Save the EU at all costs. The EU is a socialists wet dream, as it is.

3) The EU was a great idea. Unfortunately, run by the wrong people.

4) EU over for now.

Brexit or not, EU is doomed in its current state.

I agree with 1 and 3.
4 remains unclear, if they clean out the EU parliament, by throwing out at least 50% of these leeches/parasites, lowering the salaries to normal levels, canceling all the accepted cost/expenses, and stopping to control the member countries , there is a small chance they will survive. EU is indeed doomed in its current state.

EU should only exist for projects that have benefits for the EU in total and should let members free to agree on the proposed collaboration or not.

With or without the UK will make no difference.

oi this is probably fine in cable if you want but im not sure it's the obvious punt opportunity if you look like what actually happens on this nonsense. not the people's march. parliament do not want a vote since im bored as it fails to cause volatility. 62% of scotland would like to be heard. as would the march. however i dont think gina miller is going to work anymore and frankly the irish are not really qualified to fuck stuff up much more for fun and money in case they start killing each. i doubt they will let them vote on it tbh. i'd ignore.

Hi all,

I'm looking to take a punt on Brexit specifically no deal and am looking for instruments I can use to bet on this. I'm in a jurisdiction that does not allow much access(if any) to the event bet markets that I would like to wager on(read: paddypower/betfair etc) for the event specifically.

Because I'm unable to get access to the event specifically, I'm looking for alternatives to do so. This is a punt so 1-5K max, defined risk(options) is best.

Perhaps exotics(barrier, touch, etc etc) or UK equivalent to Fed funds. Any suggestions would be great.

Worst case scenario, I'll just take a position in GBP/USD or UK 10 year but would much prefer a scenario where there isn't a possibility of going debit.

Please keep it on topic, assume I'm willing to lose it all. Thanks.

Gents, I appreciate the banter but let's stay on topic.

You want to discuss EU and Brexit politics there's another thread with 40 pages you can throw your lot in.
